Course Overview
To encourage more positive and productive team working in the workplace. This course has been designed for either newly formed teams, in order to build better relationships and understanding between team members, or established teams to identify any weaknesses in the way the team works or to develop a particular team working element. This highly interactive, fun event can help to promote better relationships and rapport within the team.

- Describe what makes a high performing team.
- State the importance of playing to different strengths and skills;
- Recognise the importance of clear and effective communication;
- Describe how your team’s performance has been enhanced through various teambuilding activities.
